How long until I get a reply?

Within 24 hours on weekdays; weekends and Singapore public holidays slip by one working day. If your deadline is within 48 hours, WhatsApp +65 8686 3695 directly — subject line "URGENT · course · deadline".

Is the first consultation paid?

The first directional reply is free — we tell you whether the work fits our scope and whether it is worth a fuller call. Whether and how the subsequent fuller consultation is charged is set out in that first reply.

Do we have to meet in person?

Not necessarily. First-touch can be email, WhatsApp, or a video call. If we do meet, the office is 3 Little Road · #04-02, Singapore — please book a time first so someone is there to receive you.

Can a parent enquire on behalf of the student?

Yes for first enquiry. For signing the agreement, the student must be present — under the academic-integrity framework, the student is the contracting party. We work with parents in Mandarin; with students in either language.

What if I am not enrolled yet?

Vive Education only escorts coursework inside a degree programme. We do not handle admissions, do not arrange visas, do not choose schools for you — please ask a CPE-registered Singapore education consultant or the school's admissions office.

Is the information I send safe?

Personal data is handled under Singapore's PDPA. We do not share student information with third parties, do not proactively contact your school, and do not use your coursework for public promotion. See Privacy below.
