VIVA EDUCATION PTE. LTD. is a small mentor-led company in Singapore. We help private-university students unpack the rules behind UK and Australian coursework — rubrics, English argument, AI declarations, submission norms — one piece at a time.
A small team for private-university tutoring.
Vive Education works with a familiar pattern. Students from Chinese-medium high schools arrive in Singapore for PEI-delivered UK and Australian degrees, then run into the rubrics, citation conventions, English argument and AI-declaration rules those degrees take for granted.
Two people, each of whom walked the same Singapore private-university route our students are walking.
- Founder & Director Joe Zhuang — born 1988 in Xiantao (Putian, Fujian), came to Singapore in 2005 at age 17 through the SM1 scholarship route, now a Singapore citizen; founded the New Gen and La pure brands, and has long supported promising students from underprivileged backgrounds with scholarships, post-graduation employment, and EP-application support.
- Group CEO · New-Market Expansion Dong Haoyu — recognised academically during his Singapore studies, supported by the “Zhuangjia Yanxuan” scholarship under Joe Zhuang's name; graduated with a PSB Academy & Coventry University MSc in Cyber Security; now CEO across several subsidiaries in Joe's group, and open-sources a range of automation and AI tooling projects on GitHub (
shuaige121). Fluent in Mandarin, English and Japanese.
The work itself is direct: finish the paper, sit the exam, get the structure of the thinking clear. Bilingual delivery, inside the awarding university's academic regulations and the student's school integrity framework.
To help international undergraduates in Singapore earn a degree that is deserved, understood, and their own.
We tutor. We do not ghost-write.
We explain concepts, argument structure, rubrics, viva practice, and pre-submission review. Before final submission, the student submits at least one draft for school-tutor review. Any AI tool use — Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude — is declared per the awarding university's policy. This boundary is not marketing copy; it is a contract clause, walked through with the student before signing.
护航. hù háng. Escort.
护航 is a naval term — a smaller escort vessel accompanies a main ship through a stretch of dangerous water. The escort does not decide the heading, does not fire for the main ship, does not assume the responsibilities that the main ship has to carry. It does one thing: walks with you through this stretch.
We picked the word because it draws the service boundary as cleanly as anything we could think of in English. The degree is yours. The paper is yours. The final submission is yours. We escort you through the waters — explain the rules, teach the method, walk through every draft alongside.
An escort is not a "guaranteed-pass" agency, and not a ghost-writer who "writes it for you to submit". It is a deliberately restrained company — hours have a boundary, commitments have a boundary, intervention has a boundary. That restraint is our last line of academic-integrity safety.
Reasons to pick us.
Not because we are the largest or the cheapest. We are small, and our fees are negotiated per engagement — but the points below are where we knowingly differ from a generic tuition centre.

The awarding university's English rules get explained in Mandarin where it helps, so parents can follow along. Not just translation — the why-behind-the-mark in language the family understands.
No headcount games.
We work mentor-style, so headcount has a natural ceiling. If we cannot take a case on, we say so. No "we have served XXX students" numbers in our marketing.
Pricing agreed in writing.
No package menu pushing you to A / B / C. Pricing is based on module complexity, hours, and deadline tightness — we send a specific proposal after the consultation, so nobody walks in confused.
Better to guide than block.
For schools, companies, and individuals, AI is no longer a problem that can be solved by simply banning it. The practical answer is to teach people how to use it within rules, declare it honestly, review the output, and turn it into usable capability.
Academic use.
We do not train students to use AI for ghost-writing. We train them to understand school policy, use AI for material organization, thinking structure, language checks, and review, then declare it according to the awarding university's rules.
Work and life.
Vive Education also trains practical AI use in work and daily life: turning repetitive tasks into workflows, turning information into executable steps, and bringing tools into real operations instead of leaving them as demos.
