What we do.

Navigate Your Degree·护航你的学位之路

Coursework guidance, exam preparation, and AI application training. We teach the method and the reasoning — we do not write the work. That is what 护航 means, taken at face value.

Service core01

Coursework escort — guidance, not ghost-writing.

We work face to face with each student around the current module, assessment, and timeline.

Support typically includes essay planning, concept explanation, rubric interpretation, submission review, and the module-by-module study and deadline plan. Common lanes: literature-review structure, research-method selection, multi-round draft-to-final review, viva rehearsals, defence-question warm-up. We work on a per-module cadence — not on year-long packages.

Scope and fees are agreed in writing for each engagement.

AI application02

AI, used within the rules.

Academic institutions are moving from blanket prohibition toward accepted, governed, declared AI use. Better to guide than block.

We train students to use AI within school policy: organising materials, structuring thinking, checking language, reviewing arguments — and declaring each instance of use under the awarding university's rules. We also provide AI application training for individuals and companies: turning repetitive tasks into workflows, turning information into executable steps, putting tools into real work instead of leaving them as demos.

AI training holds the same line: guidance, not ghost-writing; application, not rule-dodging.

Student duties03

Four things to confirm before we start.

  1. I

    Provide the real brief

    Share all materials issued by the school, including task sheets, rubrics, deadlines, and instructions.

  2. II

    Submit on time

    Work with the agreed timeline and keep submission dates visible.

  3. III

    School tutor review

    Before final submission, complete at least one draft review with the school tutor.

  4. IV

    Bring feedback back

    Share the school tutor's feedback and revision comments with Vive Education honestly.

Boundaries04

What results Vive Education owns — and does not.

A failing grade caused by the student's own choices is not on Vive Education. A failing grade in a group assignment caused by other members' performance is not on Vive Education either. For signed students we will help draft a group-change request letter as a free add-on.

Typical cycle

What a module roughly looks like.

Cadence varies by student, but the skeleton is stable. Here is the rough shape of a typical 12–14 week module escort, as a reference before you reach out.

  1. W0

    Alignment — unpack the task and the rubric

    Read the task sheet, rubric, submission rules and AI policy issued by the school; decompose the assessment into the few pieces of evidence it actually wants.

  2. W1–W3

    Concept — theory and literature backbone

    Cover the core theory and methods of the module; help shape literature and argument scaffolding; lock down where AI may and may not be used.

  3. W4–W7

    Drafting — the student writes, we read, rinse and repeat

    Student writes the first draft. We review against argument structure, evidence chain, citation discipline, AI-use declaration; we walk the rubric line by line.

  4. W8

    School-tutor review — the checkpoint we will not skip

    Hand the best current draft to the school tutor for review. We read their feedback together and adjust direction.

  5. W9–W11

    Final pass — tighten, review, confirm the AI declaration

    Apply the school tutor's feedback; one last pass on rubric and language; complete the AI-use declaration checklist.

  6. W12

    Submit — you press the button; the escort ends

    Submission goes through your school portal, performed in person by you. If a viva or defence follows, we schedule additional rehearsal time. Next module restarts at W0.

Pricing transparency

About pricing.

Vive Education does not publish a package menu. Pricing is agreed in writing on three variables:

  • (1) Module complexity — degree level, subject area, whether a dissertation is involved;
  • (2) Tutoring hours — weekly cadence and total review rounds;
  • (3) Deadline tightness — signing early and signing close to a deadline are very different workloads.

After consultation we send a specific proposal — scope, cadence, fees. No verbal quotes, no grey-area engagements.

Compliance commitment

Four lines we do not cross.

(1) No ghost-writing, proxy exams, or selling essays / assignments / exam answers;
(2) No encouragement of any breach of the school's AI-use policy;
(3) AI tool use is declared honestly per the awarding university's rules;
(4) No outreach to your school tutors or registrar — unless the school enquires formally and you authorise it in writing.

Pass rate

Do you guarantee a pass or a First-Class result?

Four conditions are the prerequisite — (1) you attend; (2) you forward every brief, rubric, AI-use policy and deadline from your school in time; (3) you complete at least one school-tutor draft review before final submission; (4) you keep the agreed coaching cadence and feedback loop.

With those four met

Paper — our experience says yes, it passes.

1st Class — most disciplined students in non-drag group projects achieve it under our tutors' coaching. These are observed outcomes, not contract guarantees; we walk through the specifics of your module during consultation.

Scope · not on Vive Education

Where responsibility sits

If a failing grade is caused by your own choices — skipping classes, missed submissions, refusing to engage — Vive Education is not responsible. Same line as the ‘About results’ clause on this page.

On referrals. We are not an agent. But we can introduce vetted Singapore agents we have worked with — no referral fee, transparent pricing. If you need help with enrolment, paperwork, or course-mix design, ask in the consultation.
