All of us graduated through Singapore's private-university system. The format you are writing in, the module you are sitting, the rubric pitfalls you are trying to avoid — we have already lived through them. We start by explaining the path we walked, then walk this module with you from start to finish.
Every session runs in English, in Mandarin, or in code-switched bilingual. UK and Australian academic conventions — rubrics, citation forms, AI-use declarations — we translate into language a Chinese-medium parent can also follow, step by step.
We explain concepts, argument structure, rubrics, and run pre-submission review. Before final submission, every paper we touch goes through at least one school-tutor review. Any AI assistance is declared under the awarding university's policy. The work belongs to the student — that is where our escort ends.

From first contact to final submission, we move along your assessment timeline. Each step ships a concrete artefact — not abstract advice, visible progress.
School, programme, current module, key deadline, language preference; optionally the task sheet, rubric, and AI policy. We read everything and reply once for free — whether the work fits our scope and whether to set up a fuller call.
In person or online. We walk the rubric, the AI policy, and the submission rules together; we listen for where your writing and English are today. You leave with a written scope, cadence, and fee proposal.
We sign the Tutoring Service Agreement: weekly hours, review rounds, AI use scope, the school-tutor review checkpoint. You and we co-author the study and submission plan for the module.
We move with your school timetable: concept explanation, argument-structure coaching, multi-round draft-to-final review. At least one draft goes to your school tutor for review along the way; their feedback shapes what we do next together.
Final review and the AI-use declaration land before submission. Submission goes through your school portal, performed by you in person. The next module starts a new sign at step 03.

Pricing is agreed in writing for each engagement. It depends on module complexity, tutoring hours, and how tight the deadline is. After the consultation, we send a specific proposal — hourly and review-based engagements are priced according to scope.
No. Academic outcomes depend on the student's investment, the school's marking discretion, module difficulty — factors we cannot control. We commit to delivery of the process: method, rules, review. See the Disclaimer.
No. Ghost-writing breaches Singapore and partner-university academic-integrity rules, and crosses the line of our service. Vive Education teaches the method; the final submission must be the student's own, with AI use declared honestly.
Yes. Sessions can run in English, Mandarin, or code-switched. UK and Australian rubrics, citation rules, and AI declaration forms are explained in Mandarin where needed — Chinese-medium parents can also follow the student's academic progress.
No. Unless the school formally enquires and the student gives written authorisation, we do not approach your school tutors or registrar, and do not use your coursework for public promotion. See privacy.
